Hi there, One single room is available in 3 bed house built in 2010. Nice and clean, situated in Vange area of Basilson (SS16 4PE) opposite the golf course. Fairly New kitchen with oven and hob. One bathroom and toilet upstairs and a toilet downstairs. Solid wood flooring throughout the house. Super fast Virgin Vivid Broadband 200mb. Currently I only have Large Single available which is fully furnished with Brand New Double Bed, side table and Wardrobe. Double room will be available from end of April / Beginning of May. Rooms are fully furnished with double bed and double wardrobes. Fitted wardrobe in Double Room with lots of space. All bills are included. I live with my wife and 8 year old son. We are quite but socialise with people, have laugh. When move in, consider it your own home and live freely. All I ask for clean and tidy person, do what you like but be considerate for others. £100 per week for single and £120 per week for double. Rent is payable on monthly or fortnightly basis in advance. Two weeks deposit and Two weeks advance required. (Can consider weekly if you prefer, however minimum deposit and advance is 2 weeks each) I do not have TV Licence so if you want to use any TV equipment you need to pay for your own TV licence. There is Sky dish/satellite installed which can be activated by calling Sky. I would prefer Non Smoker but will consider smokers as long you smoke smoke outside (No Exception). Sorry no pets please.
